FORQUE 2.0

My friend and Owner/Chef of "FORQUE" Bea Munoz contacted me a few days ago to have some of my blogger friends review her restaurant. Having been there once before to review it myself, I knew that my friends were in for a treat. I decided to invite my two friends Raiza Poquiz of (www.misspopquiz.tumblr.com) & Melissa Gatchalian of (www.sartorialpanda.blogspot.com) to come with me and have the complete FORQUE experience.

The best part of the meal! For desert the chef served us the "Forque Special". Creamy vanilla ice cream served on top of a pool of freshly squeezed mandarin orange juice topped with caramel popcorn and strawberry syrup!

I can truly say all three of us were quite satisfied and very stuffed when we left. So head on over to Pasay road and try out FORQUE : European Comfort Food. :)

Chalk Magazine UAAP issue launch at Ponti

I just got home from the Chalk magazine UAAP issue launch at Ponticello and surprisingly still have a ton of energy to blog about it! It was a fun night filled with free booze and great company! I went to the event with Raiza of (www.misspopquiz.tumblr.com) and our two friends Janine & Kim both interior design students at PSID. The night began slow but as the amaretto sours & Kamikaze's kept coming so did the fun! Chalk Mag surely showed us a great time. I can't wait for their next party! See you all there.

Shaky's Prima Lasagna!

Today while killing time as Resorts World Manila I decided to grab some food. I immediately thought of Shakey's new Prima Lasagna that has been advertised on billboards throughout the metro! I can say I was generally satisfied :) Try it guys!

YABU with Angel & Raiza

Today was quite the day! Us southerners all ventured up north to SM Mega mall to do pull outs from Folded&Hung for my Meg magazine feature happening tomorrow. After an hour or so of trying on clothes and figuring out what to wear for the shoot, all 3 of us built up quite an apetite and decided to head over to Yabu to experience what all the excitement was about. All I can say is that I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK! The servings were big, the food was delicious, Yabu is definitely a restaurant I would recommend to all you foodies out there!
