First time at Philippine Fashion Week

Philippine Fashion Week has always interested me. I have never been one to stand out with my fashion sense and I have always looked for ways to improve it. So when my good friend Angel Rodriguez who writes for www.wonderwomanrises.blogspot.com and www.wheninmanila.com invited me to go with her to The Ramp's fashion show I jumped at the chance.

I liked The Ramp's collection of bright colorful pieces. Some were a bit too over the top for me, but majority of what I saw, I could imagine myself wearing. As for the girls apparel.. all I can say is that the models looked HOT. So I guess the clothes were hot too. One of my Highschool friends Pauline Prieto modelled for the show. It was great to see someone I knew up there strutting her stuff and looking amazing while doing so.

It was truly a fun experience watching everyone's reactions to the different models and what they were sporting. I think my over all favorite part of the night would have to be the free drinks and the amazing banana chocolate crepe that they served at the event. Whoever the caterer is I commend you! haha (I cant help but blog about the food). I look forward to seeing more shows and expanding my knowledge on fashion.
